Punk is Old School. i go to work clock in do my Job make some money and Go Home and that's how it should be. these Kliqs mentality is in all businesses I have delt with that in all the jobs i been in and its annoying. my last job i use to work with. there was a guy there he was a server there for like 15yrs. entitled thinks he is better then everyone and even as a server tried to bark orders to everyone. and he finally got promoted to Manager i feel just because they were short managers. and on one day we were sort staff because we were always short staff, and this was pre pandemic. 2018-2019, i think. and we had 1 cook me and 3 servers and 1 bartender that's it. we got hit with like a 500 people rush. snf he went and hide in the manager's office while we were getting our butts kicked. and i was running around doing 34 different positions at the same time. and from the office he wants to bark orders form the walkie talkie. so, after that was all over like around 4:30PM i was heated and he tried to yell at me for not following his orders and i went off at him and basically told him to go F**k Himself Because really leaders don't hide in the office i quit in 2021. i understand what Punk is going through alitte. you go to work try your hardest to help the other people elevate the business make money and clock out. and you got little pricks that all they want to do is make everything like middle school high school

Little something else a LOT of people overlook when it comes to Punk. His "straight edge" gimmick is his LIFE. He's honest in everything he does, which is why a lot of people get annoyed with him, and also why Heyman loved him so much. You always knew where you stood with him. Heyman said if you didnt want to know the truth, don't ask CM Punk because he'll tell you, and in no uncertain terms. This was just the latest example. So Punk shines the light of truth on things, the "Elite" does a lot of backstage whispers. How do you combat lies - you just confront them. Dont back off from them, stand your ground. Punk does that, has done that, and doesn't care if people dont like it or not. HE knows his own actions, and what the facts are, as for what others say/do that's their problem.
@Flameb0
@Flameb0 2 жыл бұрын
people often confuse being an untactful asshole with being "honest". if you really think the guy who is the #1 at a promotion should go on TV, bury the entire company, and make the owner look like a tool, then I'm not sure what to say to you. there is a right and wrong way to do things just because someone wrongs you doesn't give you carte blanche to act however you want. even assuming punk was 100% correct with what he said (which none of us actually know), the way he handled the situation was completely wrong. lets not even get into the assault that occurred afterwards and if anyone ever needed to smoke a fucking joint it's probably CM Punk. he comes across as an extremely immature person who sees everything in black and white and is incapable of recognizing his own mistakes

That's what I've been saying the entire time. Punk is a pain in the ass to deal with, but I think there's more to the story than we've been told. I feel like Cody Rhodes left for reasons that mirror CM Punk's issues with the EVPs, but Punk is just a lot less professional than Cody is. Cody just said screw it and punched his ticket back to WWE without burning bridges. Punk is in a position in his life and his career to criticize the backstage issues at AEW and not end up buried or blackballed in the industry. He doesn't need AEW. He doesn't need Tony Kahn. He doesn't need professional wrestling... and he knows it.
