I'm a all-star cheerleader and when doing a butterfly stretch you are not suppose to flap your legs cause it can pull your thigh muscles worse than just not being stretch.... and plus since gaines's muscles are developing it could make the development worse.. so just be careful

I'm an all star cheerleader too. And it's just for fun she's so young that's what my coach did when I was younger she really isn't stretching her legs because she's just flapping up and back to where she was at first so it won't hurt her

Can't wait to "meet" that sweet baby boy!! I had two 37 weekers that were over 8 pounds (8lbs11oz and 8lbs13oz)! Wednesday the 20th is a full moon, so I predict 7/20, and that he'll be 8 lbs even. :) Our oldest has his 18th birthday on Wednesday, as well! He was 39w2d and weighed 8lbs1oz, our smallest baby!
