Marco Minnemann ‘Sailboats’ (Bandcamp Friday release)

Even though I wrote the lyrics about a year ago, little did I know that the message of this song would become eerily up to date.
It's basically about letting some of the wrong, or let's say incompatible people into your life. Hah, so it's only appropriate and fair to having finished this piece today upon release date.
Featured vocalist on this composition is my dear and wonderful friend Pauline Cattiaux.

Beautifully composed and performed with a passion that is Marco! Interesting point of allowing the wrong people into one's life, I think we usually sense it in the beginning.....maybe with eyes wide shut. Interesting,"sailboats" at least to me, have always been a source of liberation and ultimate freedom to roam the world and blend into the rhythm of the planet.

At 3:10, from the point she sang Sail away, the beat he keps in the ride and the repetition in the keyboard are trully spectacular
