I have that exact same monitor and it’s a banger. I’ve had it for close to 3 years and I’ve had zero problems whatsoever. My only realy complaint is that there are no speakers on the monitor so no sound can come out of it, and that it sits pretty high on the stand, it’s adjustable(it can sway from right to left, and slide up and down). But the lowest position is a little too high for me. That’s about it, I got it for maybe 100$ and did not regret it once. It only takes hdmi and the squared out hdmi chord. It’s compatible with pc and PlayStation as I had moved over from ps to pc and zero problems. Bunch of personalization on the settings of the monitor aswell. Overall 9/10.

I got this monitor for my girlfriend and it’s crazy value for the specs ur getting. The only nitpicking issue I have with it is the color grading. When I compare it to my own monitor you can definitely tell that they are pretty dull. But it’s probably not worth spending an extra $100+ or maybe even more just for the color vibrance. Up to whatever you want in a monitor.

I have two of those old monitors of the ASUS ones that you replaced and they are amazing for the price. It's an old Asus model that might have been updated over the years but the only thing I can pretty much guarantee that that new monitor has over those is refresh rate and response time and 1 inch of screen real estate. Has those monitors lasted a long time for me and actually I still have them in storage and they still work.

I got that same monitor a couple months ago. At the time I worked at Walmart and we had 2 in stock and they were $99 each (they were $149 but got put on clearance). walmart electronics use cheaper parts that break sooner. you can tell because the ID number is always different. amazon and best buy's item IDs always match because its directly from the companies original blueprint. just spend the extra for a longer lasting product. you get what you pay for
