Nathan is doing a "peek-a-boo" head lean towards his right arm as he throws the dart. It reminds me of the throw of Wes Newton who I believe became hampered by that quirk in his throw. Saw Wes in the BDO and he's continuing with the peek-a-boo style and deteriorating form.
