Dynamic clicking technique would usually involve leading your shots by a small amount. You would flick to just barely infront of the target and make a micro adjustment to account for any errors in your initial flick.

20 years of playing CS and hundreds of videos and articles read, this is the first time I've heard about tension issues on the mouse. Like who gets so mad and grips that tight? Looking back I've never had this problem, it would be noticeable on the fingers and forearms tightening up.

its not about getting mad, youre doing it subconciously, like having a too tight grip to ensure more control (which actually does the opposite)

Its a subconscious reaction most people tense up in a stressful situation that's why drunk drivers usually survive the crash and the sober person doesn't because the drunk person isn't as coherent to understand what's exactly happening so they don't tense up on the impact but a sober person does tense up which leads to further injuries than if you were to not tense up like the drunk person
