Pay attention to the risk warning on drilling. My memorial hole on my middle finger will remind me to listen to this expert.

It would be interesting to see how you would propose building the helmet today, based on the tools and experience you have. Would you still go for multi parts or possibly one complete part?

Hi Rob and RS Props Team doing Awesomeness job!! Question how to make helmet little bit wider from front to back as I brought my commission Stormtrooper suite in 2016 and back then Rob said he'll do video of it and finally in 2020 you've done one ...lols So if it is possible if you can show that it would be very much appreciated..Thank you...Very kind regards TinCity274 aka Lui
