I would NOT be surprised if he's charged again. His demeanor in the interview did not come across as a husband who wants justice for his murdered wife and his Motherless daughters. Finding her body, location, new clues, possible DNA, etc., is huge. Whoever is guilty, your time is up.
@sarabrant723 Жыл бұрын
If all they needed was her body and that's why they let him go now that they found her body it's been almost a week I'm sure they knew all her husband's exact location for the week before and the week after her disappearance. He's basically been followed by everybody since right after she went missing and it went public so he wouldn't have hit her body after that. I don't think they have evidence to convict him or they don't think he didn't that's why he's not being arrested. If they really needed her body and that's why they had to let him go and now they have her body don't you think that they would have arrested him? To me it seems like maybe the man who left the unknown DNA on her bicycle is the one that did it. And his lawyers argued that supposedly when they were running around the house fighting like a prosecution said they would have had to be running 70 miles an hour. I don't like Barry as much as the next person I think he's shady is slimy and disgusting but I don't think he did it I think if he did it they would have had him locked up in handcuffs right now. I just doesn't make sense DNA comes back almost instantaneously at this point now especially if you need it fast track they can get DNA on Maury Povich in 24-hours I mean they could have gotten his DNA in 24 hours I did ancestry DNA and they told me who all of my relatives are. Doesn't take that long to find DNA I think it's someone else that they found DNA on her and if they didn't they're searching down other leads like who may have been pinging off of that cell tower. But I think it was her husband I honestly think that they would have already arrested him. When they have all the information that they need they knew where he was like I said for the week before and at least a week after why isn't handcuffs if he did it?

He is a sly maniputor and both behaves and speaks like a guilty crimnal murderer would to dissuade LE from forwarding their investigation. His actions and behavior definitely reminds me of Gabby Petito inlaws the murderer’s Parents when they continued to claim how VICTIMISED they were as a family. Now that they have her body, there can be a trial. And lying berry can be recharged for her murder. It'll take some time for the forensics to come back, and when they do, he will finally go down. I was so disappointed when they dropped charges, knowing he got away with murder. But it was the right thing to do without her remains. It will take some time, but justice will be served, and the truth will come out. It's sad to think that even at this point, it may take years for him to come back to trial. My heart breaks for you, Susan, and your daughters, too.

Something about this guy just is super fishy. The way he is so dramatically all about him him him. Very little about his missing and murdered wife. He for sure plays the victim role well. His daughters clasping his hands, looking at the sky with a hand reaching up when he got released. Like WTF, this isnt a movie. I have a feeling he's either a narcissist and these daughters are helplessly brainwashed. Or they all know but dont want to admit to themselves that their father killed the mother.

The fact that the daughters where smiling so big when they took their dad .. no feeling for their lost mom .. how people can do interviews while they are grieving
@l.a.3479 Жыл бұрын
The Morphew interview aired on ABC last year (May 2022, I believe), a couple of years AFTER Suzanne Morphew disappeared. There's no "right" way to grieve--some people move through the process seemingly slowly, while others do it faster.

Dan Abrams is not a very good legal expert --- he should have explained in response to Robin's dumb question about "double jeopardy" that double jeopardy only applies to a case that was actually prosecuted and tried and there was a verdict of "innocent." If someone is found innocent, then they cannot be charged again for the same crime. This never went to court, there was no trial, there was no verdict, so double jeopardy definitely has no bearing here. .... Also want to say that this guy bringing a suit for $15 million is really ridiculous. That makes him seem like a very angry, vengeful person. Not a good look, esp under these circumstances.

First of all, what is weird, and a red flag to me, is how the husband and the two daughters, are focusing only on how he thinks he's been wrongly accused, and they are not at all mentioning or showing any kind of feelings of closure relief, that their mother's remains were FINALLY found!!! Why is this suddenly all about the husband??? (That's a suspicious red flag to me). And WHY aren't they even trying to trouble-shoot any and all of the victim woman's last known steps, and WHO talked with her last, etc. The question should be, who had a beef with her BEFORE she "disappeared"?! The husband is not even looking sad about HER disappearance, or showing ANY emotion or sorrow about his wife!!! What's up with that? These are all "tells", regardless of what he says. Something's suspicious about this whole thing. The husband is way too defensive. I just hope and pray that the horrible mystery behind this poor woman's death would be brought to the Light, and that if there was any foul play, then that person, or persons responsible, would be made accountable for their actions. 🙏
