Number of reasons. Sometimes these idiots think they’ll get the life insurance, or at the very least won’t have to split half their shit. Sometimes it’s a control thing. One party is leaving the relationship and the other party will not relinquish control so they turn to murder. Sometimes it’s pure rage that they are leaving or cheated or whatever. The bottom line is this, the most likely person to murder you is someone you know, not a random drifter.

They really think if they stick to their story it will all come right, it's mind-boggling. He really thinks he'd out smart detectives etc. I can't wrap my mind around his thought process. Also they looked like the "perfect couple" all the trappings of wealth but we really never know what goes on behind closed doors. On your last Patreon video you presented a murder case where the body was disposed of in the most horrific manner. In this video, there is a missing body. In cases like these, I feel that there is an added component of sorrow due to the family’s inability to perform the funeral rituals. No matter which tradition one follows, they all seem to treat the deceased with honor and dignity. It’s very sad when family, friends and the deceased are robbed from this very important rite of passage, which in my opinion is a crucial part of the grieving process. There is no correct response to such extreme events. You cannot in for anything at all from statements like this or the lack of them. There’s tons of details Dr Grande left out(either for time or it hadn’t been released yet) They found a tranquilizer dart in the home. Barry’s phone GPS had him zigzagging around the yard repeatedly. He had defensive wounds on his arms. He had just found out Suzanne was having an affair and was leaving him (within the week she died) - it’s verified via text Barry dumped at 5-6 sites (on video and car GPS) disposing of ??? Barry said he fell asleep at 8pm the day before Mother’s Day but police have on video him reversing his truck into the garage at 9pm Going to Denver to “work” and forgetting tools , not disturbing the bed, and the room stench of of bleach also doesn’t look good. Suzanne’s last text said that she was scared to be alone with Barry and he had become emotionally and physically abusive Barry said he went directly to Denver but when police found he turned left instead of right, he changed his story and said he turned left because he saw an elk. Coincidentally (or not) , very near where he stopped was where they located Suzanne’s helmet. Barry was the one who called the neighbor and asked her to ring the doorbell and then check for Suzanne’s bike (even though Suzanne almost never rode) and then got HER to call 911. But even when he presumably had a missing wife he didn’t come right home. Suzanne’s wallet and keys were in her car in the garage. And there’s a lot more. It doesn’t look good . In cases like this I always wonder how the family has such blind faith. I mean, her family all know he’s guilty AF but his kids are standing by him.

The one thing I hate about the true crime community is all the "body language analysts" who come out of the wood work and are certain of someone's guilt IMMEDIATELY. Those people are dangerous and should NEVER be allowed on a jury.

I believe that Suzanne wasn't supposed to survive cancer. When she did, Barry had to kill her. Very sad for Suzanne.
@jonnylumberjack62233 жыл бұрын
Sorry, what? WHAT? Is that supposed to be satire or something? If not - what? Oooooh, you mean, Barry didn't want her to survive cancer? Jesus, that is NOT what you said! What you say indicates you think the universe/god had fucked up by "allowing" her to survive cancer and poor Barry had no option but to put things back in balance or some shit. Why can no one write in proper sentences any more? :(
@l.pmoonstone50673 жыл бұрын
@@jonnylumberjack6223 I think what she means is that Suzanne survived Cancer twice and probably beat the odds that were against her from recovering a possible advanced form of cancer hence why “ she wasn’t suppose to survive”.
@morewithmandy10503 жыл бұрын
@@jonnylumberjack6223 the family confirmed that Suzanne wasn't expected to survive either round with cancer. I feel barry had been waiting for her to die. When she survived, he ripped her out of her home and moved to the mountains. He isolated her physically as well as limited her contact via other means. He was having some money issues. As soon as she went missing, he told his father in law "you know I loved your daughter, but we both know she's not coming back." he then went to court to gain power of attorney over her, so he could sell both tbe houses. She had just gotten an inheritance that was fairly large....

@@jonnylumberjack6223 Forget about why people can’t write sentences - one question might be why some people get worked up over comments from people they don’t know even know over things that have nothing to do with them. I work in a preschool and there less drama in a room of 2-3 year olds than in a comment section of supposed adults. 😂🤣

1st clue in any disappearance is when the loved one comes up with violent theories right off the bat... No parent, spouse or loved one will even contemplate worse case scenarios much less throwing them out as explanations of said disappearance.
@soliloqueoneLG3 жыл бұрын
Sheer Conjecture. The CBI is on him and not giving the public an inch of info to disrupt or throw the case. He’s where he belongs. Suzanne survived two bouts of cancer only to be murdered by an enraged greedy unhinged husband that she needed to divorce years ago. She probably got cancer from his incessant rants and bullying she kept internalizing til it ate her up. Such a shame what lengths couples endure to keep their shiny family intact. He moved her to that secluded area far away from her family and loved ones and connections, to stay out of his way so he could rob and murder her. And I’m sure he encouraged his daughter to go college out there like there weren’t prime colleges in Indiana? 🙄 All his moves were premeditated going bc couple yrs! Bc what did he do the minute she went allegedly missing? Moved out to a rented condo, Set up a Bed and Breakfast at home where he murdered her then sold property. He was a little too busy and concerned about everything else except his wife!

Right on the button, as usual, Dr. Grande. We actually DO know what/who Suzanne was afraid of in her texts/email because her sister got one from Suzanne the night of Friday, May 8th after Barry instigated a fight with Suzanne, saying she was scared of Barry and that she felt her marriage was disintegrating, poor lady. Whether or not it was planned, he killed her, and then panicked on how he was going to cover it up and get away with it. Thus, the odd note to the retail place in town with hardly any information to show that he was "looking" for Suzanne, the odd behavior on Sat., May 9th morning with his employee...on and on and on...to the desperate made-up excuses of what happened to her, then when LE and the public wouldn't buy those, he blamed LE for screwing up the investigation....exactly. The excuse to sell the million $$$ house (Barry gave away all of Suzanne's clothes, BTW, when she was still "missing'), plus the $33,000+ GFM "search for Suzanne" money all went to hiring the top-notch defense lawyers he has today. Some say he was only arrested when he was because he had told people he was going to leave the state (he was going to run); he had cleared out completely his apt where he was last living, he had a travel trailer outside his Puma Path house, and his oldest daughter was graduating that weekend from Colorado University. The problem is this guy has his two children fooled as well as being a semi-smart rich guy...I hope they have enough circumstantial evidence without a body to get him for what he did to Suzanne. Poor lady overcome TWO cancers, only to have her husband kill her in the end. R.I.P. Suzanne Morphew.
