We are not a tight knit Community in Flagstaff. Those neighbors couldn't care less. The Coconino County Attorney's office don't do their jobs far too often, make lousy back room deals with felons. 16 years is a Slap to our faces.

Daniel's conscience made him lead investigators to the evidence. Daniel was given a plea deal to lead investigators to the evidence. Both of these were said in this report. Give me a like if you think it was the latter.😁

Only sixteen years? His conscience got the better of him? No, he likely realized he was caught, and was trying to get a plea deal. The fact that he got rid of evidence all over the place is proof that he wanted to get away with it. I wonder if he will get out early for ‘good behavior?’ After all, there aren’t any women to murder in prison.

What are you talking about all police agencies should act and operate in the exact same manner it shouldn't matter who's watching if they're doing anything different because people are watching then they were doing things wrong before and the entire police department needs to be revamped you are a problem here you are making excuses for a sufficient police force quit doing that they need to be too far there should be no difference between the smallest Police department in the state or the largest Police department in the state they should all have the same operational procedures and the exact same mandates and follow the exact same laws there should be absolutely no difference between a one-man police force and a million man police force

I do not think they are all the same. There is too much corruption via elite having too much power in small places and scapegoats/black sheep residents not being respected. Corruption due to having to fight to be elected; and a lack of training and resources. Look at the Ramsay little girl's case. Jon Benet Ramsay? Something went very wrong with that investigation. Small police force, privileged area and family, unused to murders. There was also a teenaged girl in a super-elite area, who was possibly murdered by her lifelong friend and neighbour; a young man. But never charged. I know it was only a drama, but I have seen a film where a young woman returned to her childhood little 'town' in USA and relived the attack on her by a male former schoolmate; which was not taken seriously by local police. She was at risk by returning and trying to look for justice.

daniel has no conscience. he murdered her in cold blood most probably after fantasizing & planning it for months & months. stop attributing normal healthy emotions onto these monsters. they are not any of those things & she probably wanted to get the hell away from him & he found out. another travesty of justice, a undeserved plea deal for a selfish, violent, horrible subhuman. thanks prosecutors, thank you for disregarding & minimizing the death of another woman. i bet your mothers are proud of you.

I tell people that the word neighbor should be erased I move to different neighborhoods and whenever someone come up to me and say neighbor you really find out that your neighbor can you find out soon if they really are first of all they'll say your name after they know your name okay hello Frank how are you hey neighbor what does it means a diddly squat this has been deteriorating for 40/50 years already exactly your enemies she really had a neighbor like back in the in the 70s but that wouldn't happen
