Highland Park is extremely wealthy and full of prominent Jewish lawyers in Lake County Illinois. Justice will be swift. Unfortunately for Waukesha, Milwaukee County failed to do their due diligence for Brooks' previous crimes. You have D.A. Chisolm and his office to blame for what happened in Waukesha Wisconsin. You can bet your bootie that Waukesha County is not letting Brooks slip through this time. Brooks is going to spend the rest of his life in prison. I would not be surprised (at all) if the Waukesha victims sue the city of Milwaukee after Brooks is charged with murder, if they haven't already done so.
