Plastic and aluminium can deposit in Germany is 25 cents, making "returning recycling to the shop" Germany's most favorite game. Most glas bottles have deposit too, but absurdly enough it is far lower, making the incentive less strong. The only stuff not having deposit is like jam jars, and wine bottles of all things.

You can get a regular skip for the bottles and not have the constant breakage costing you $30 per broken bottle.

The bottle recycling thing seems to be bugged. Best to use one of the beginning containers. You are missing out on a ton of money
