Please if you’re gonna state something as a fact make sure that the study is legit… an online article is not a legitimate source. there’s a difference between journalists and researchers. There’s a difference between an article and a study. There’s a difference between well presented point and just plain ol yapping…

Idk kennedy i studied psychology and most cognitive differences between man and woman are extremely small. Also just because its in your brain doesn't meen its nature instead of nurture. Could just be woman were talked to more as a baby and they therefore developed more language abilities for example
@nicoleo.6122

10:14 this is more mysoginistic than you think Kennedy. The thing about man only doing/thinking one thing at a time, and woman doing/thinking multiple stuff at a time is just a convenient excuse to exploit women. Man only focusing on work or pleasure, while women can work, do chores, care about kids, about looking nice, taking care of their partner, while the man don't take any responsability on the house ir kids, just because women can "multitask". Sorry my english, not a native.

Nope. Have you ever thought it’s this way because of biology? Culture is downstream of biology. And it’s not misogynistic if it’s true and/or no disdain or hatred is meant with. Get a dictionary. And just because it FEELS like it’s misogynistic(or anything else for that matter(, doesn’t mean it is.

@@chupachuuups706 Nope. Why you assumed it is because of feelings? Have you ever thought about reading actual studies about it? Than just assuming it's biology. Several scientific studies show that women are not better at multitasking than men, they're just expected and forced to do more. @gorechan-b5h I think it depends on every persons experience and how u see the world. Maybe you're an orphan, and you're independent and you’re not going through life looking to have a family. Sometimes you don't think "something is missing" as an orphan or as an only child. And poverty is another subject because in poverty u can suffer difficulties, that's why you want to have money, having brothers and sisters is not about that. At the same time u can change poverty into richness sometimes, but u can't change being an only child (if you're parents dont want to). I do not think all this scenarios are compatible.

Okay, this is my perspective as a gay guy who's nearly 40 and had countless crushes on straight guys when I was a teenager and in my early 20's. I can't help but wonder if "Zayden" is idealizing Mark a little bit too much and had built him in his head as this perfect guy or whatever. Maybe just continue getting to know Mark for awhile because eventually the infatuation aspect tends to fade out and he just becomes another regular guy. Nothing kills a crush faster than the reality of actually getting to know the guy.

@@jackc7004 actually neurons are both grey and white matter, just different parts. The bodies and dendrites of neurons are grey matter, and the axons of the neurons are white matter. The axons in human beings have myelin which is white (therefore its white matter) and is essential so that the information is transported faster compared to other species. So both white and grey matter are important. I hope I explained myself since english is not my first language.

The brain difference thing is fascinating and valid however it's also important to note that nurture can change this hardware in all genders at ANY STAGE in life-brain rewiring and neuroplasticity, which would explain why in both male and female we have some variety in levels of different types of functioning! I'd love to find out if men and women brains are born this way originally or if it's nurture based. Are babies brains similarly so different? If we studied babies all brought up the same vs with gender socialisation? 💗 P.S not men suggesting women lie down giving birth when the body is literally shaped to do better at an angle for birth! Which they should know as the first doctors!

It’s so crazy seeing hate comments about Kennedy but Brandon is being the one who says the most stereotypical shit. “Women are more emotional than men” - this statement was used so many times to shame women into being more shy and controllable. So you would feel shame for your “emotions”. So you would go to work when on period. So you would shut up about your pain and inconveniences. But in reality MEN are the ones more emotional. One word about period or pms - there are crying that not all of the attention is coming towards them. Someone spoke about women’s achievements or giving birth- they are screaming that their rights are being violated. And what about the statistic about number of murdered women over rejection or leaving these “not so emotional like women” men? And you’re telling that women are more emotional? That’s just an excuse.

Kennedy is so good at giving advice. There should be a “Kennedy’s Corner” segment of the podcast. Maybe once every couple videos.
