Something that’s puzzled me for ages is why mud terrain tyres are fitted to off-road caravans. I see them on this Goldstream too. Why not all terrains? Surely they would have better fuel efficiency.

No outdoor kitchen on this van but you'd be able to option in a barbecue for the tunnel boot.

Is the ball weight of 220kgs at tare weight?

Yes - that would be partially due to the position of the ducted heater/air con under the forward bed.
