that was sick! Represent, represent! man I was jumping in my chair, trying to help you out with that running fish. lol! I always say go light enough to get the bite but still heavy that keeps the big one! I see what happened, what I think is that, if going light is for a particular fish that requires it! if the fish doesn't fit the profile then I won't risk my line or waste time trying to stop it! It bothers when you are under-gunned and get caugh. But again, I say to myself this is the fish that I wasn't going after. Asi que subo el bejuco put some pressure on it and see what happens, does it gets tired or brake loose...end of the story!

hmm I could be wrong, but your problem here may be to little drag. You can catch big fish with 10 lb line, you just gotta tire them out for longer.

Rickys kayak I know I'm just messing with you. 30lb floro for sure brother 20-25 can't handle bigger fish, that extra 30lb seem to make a huge different. I once hooked 8 yellowtail jack, similar to Albert jack in the 20-30lb grade in one trip. I lost every fish but one on 25lb mono. I've never lost a yellowtail on 30lb floro.

Thank bro I already change the line got about 700 yards braid and like 50,70 yards mono 30 im ready for sunday game on :)
