Gilroy nailed it: 3 years ago these players promised so much. Every one. But only 1 have progressed: bazunu. Ferguson is new Séamus has had an Indian summer. Not one other has made strides. Not one. @@nigefal I disagree but ok. Had those hyped players (some deserved/some not) like Omobamidele, Idah, Parrot, Collins et al actually advanced in this time….Kenny would have no cards left. But they didn’t. Kenny’s plan was built on the notion that they would get minutes at their clubs. Egan and Bazunu, Cullen are the only ones who did. That’s a disaster for Kenny

Jack Charlton played at the highest level. he even won a World Cup. He managed in England That kind of manager could command respect in a star studded Irish dressing room......Kenny Can't get it in a dressing room full of young lads, He is out of his debt. He hasn't been the same since Anthony Barry left He was the tactician he had the knowledge Kenny doesn't have it He is being paid big money for f****** up our International side. You can give a hundred players their debuts but they must improve the team, zero improvement in 3.5 years that's just the unfortunate reality, Bruce might be the best option of the name's mentioned he got 4 team's promoted to the Premier league and kept them up so a two year contract and see what happens

John much as I respected you as a player Quote it was not getting better at any stage under Kenny its a total Myth that we are playing true possesion football, we play it back and forth in our own half the opposition will just say let them own it in their own half against Greece, as for the Gib Game any LOI would have done them, our record during his tenure has been abysmal lets just be honest about it an experiment which has gone totally wrong.
