I know Pat for many years the man eats,sleeps and breathes hurling.He had to overcome a lot of club politics to get Limerick hurling to this level he deserves a lot of credit.

@@michaeldevaney5728 Limerick beat ye off the field four years in a row in the championship (which no team has ever done to Tipp before, and you cant take it. It is obvious you are a Tipp man as you are directing your all ire at Kilkenny and Limerick, the two teams that have given you most grief in this century. after all it must be very hard to take been beaten six times in nine years by a rugby playing county, and you seem to have never seen anything wrong with what Tipp players did.

Hi David I'm from sligo I have absolutely nothing what so ever against limerick or kilkenny but I think they play filthy hurling I detest dirty play I believe in playing a fair game not playing dirty I detest dirty play

Hi peadair I don't care if tat referee ie referedd 500 all Ireland finals anybody with 10 percent eye vision cud see limerick especially in 1st half played very dirty their hurleys were at the cork players throats for long periods of time nothing at all wrong with been physical and hard hitting shoulder to shoulder but they were totally confining cork players disgraceful play they were the equivalent of bouncers in a night club keep people back I detest dirty play ie play fair or don't play at yu shudnt constantly have yur hurley up around other players necks
