I'm so glad you did this necklace this week Kelly because I've been trying to do a cellini spiral bracelet using 15/0 round, 11/0 round, 10/0 delica, 8/0 round, and a crystal bicone in place of what would be a 6/0, and I'm just not thinking with the shape of the bicone and the other sizes and shapes of bead the crystal is laying right. It kind of wants to cave in at a certain point and I keep putting something in the middle and pushing it back out....but I see now that round beads and bicones CAN work!

Love thr video..., your explanation/directions are clear and the video work is great. .., except I would siggest you use lighter color beads as the black beads sometimes are harder to see the thread path. Thx Kelly..., love your videos and projects. Take care from South Jersey!

Hey Kelly love this necklace. My only issue is when you start the design you have added 3 4mm bicones before you tell us to set aside 11 to finish the 3 size 11 or our "A" bead segment which would total 14 4mm bicones. Based on that I thought we were adding 14 4 mm bicones for each segment. But then you say there will be 12 bridges of increasing size. So are we adding 14 4mm bicones or only 12. Thank you

I made a bracelet a couple of years ago and it was the dutch spiral the first video you made . I think that this necklace that i made is ether the pattern or a variation of the pattern. If I shoe you a picture of the necklace could you tell if it is dutch spiral? I would just like to make another one like it. Thankyou I hope you can help.

Other than for design reasons, is there are reason for the graduated increase in seed beads? do you need to start with fewer so that it will be stronger or something? I have sometimes seen bugle beads incorporated into spirals, is this an option here as well? I think instead of going up to 8 seed beads, perhaps 2 seed beads and then a bugle and then 2 seed beads again would be nice. (The number of seed beads may need to change depending on the the length of the bugles. Also, the bugles have sharper edges so perhaps a second round of reinforcement may be needed.) Do you think that would work?

The reason I prefer Kelly's videos over Jill Wiseman, is she doesn't waffle or feel the need to show you how to put a bead on the thread were the hole is blocked by Pocking the damn needle through. I'm always left feeling as if she feels we are all stupid when I've watched one of Jill's. Thanks Kelly great video as always!
@vzburns1
@vzburns1 7 жыл бұрын
Linda T why do you feel the need to slam someone that makes free videos for you just to compliment someone else? If you are watching Jill's videos, you are STILL WATCHING JILL'S VIDEOS. All this does is make you sound like a bitter old biddy with a personal grudge rather than a fan of Kelly's. Maybe you're just jealous of Jill's success. If you adopted Kelly and Jill's attitude you would be a much happier person
