Making a Doom movie without demons and Hell would be like making a Duke Nukem movie without T and A. And the best two movies that use a team of soldiers of some kind going up against creatures really well, is Aliens and Predator - Doom is another attempt at doing that kind of thing, but fails big time. They seriously need to reboot this but do it properly.

I don't mean to sound rude guys but if you paid attention to the movie then you would know that the whole thing with the guy needing to take a shit was a ruse so he could disobey orders, break quarantine and call in reinforcements.

One of the very few movies the rock gets punched by the baddies, and only one he is killed as the hero character twice, the second time he is a zombie killed by the main character. Of course the rock has a contract now that states he cannot receive an physical punishment like in his super hero movie black lightning

The film should have been a cross between Die Hard, The Evil Dead & Aliens. Instead we got a rather generic clone of the latter film with touches of Resident Evil for no good goddamn reason. The film also had none of the psychological elements that the game played with. There was little to no sense of dread or lonliness at all. It was all very predictable...but I still managed to enjoy it as a full blooded shoot em up.

i only played the first doom monsters only moved 1 step after you moved 1 step. movie had any of that triggered ahaha xD at least it ends with you know what you are by nine inch nails
