For one old man whose life is behind him and one who is on the same journey as Tim this video series is one of the most effective tools for awareness I have seen. I peeked ahead at some of the latest videos and am struck with the brave portrayal of this disease and its progression that Tim and his army has documented. I say bravo for a super project.

This series has been moving, funny, and very informative, especially being so far away. I'm so proud of all the folks i see working to help Tim and Kaylan. Y'all look so grown up on the video!

This series is very sad. ALS is a horrible disease but I feel that this series is only about 1 person with ALS. I thought the shows that were done were to raise money for research not for Tim and the things he will need through his battle. A scooter, van etc. It seems very one sided not to say he doesn’t have a horrible disease but thousands of others do also including someone I know and strangers are not handing him 100.00 dollar bills. I feel this Often awe Some group is looking for support for their friend instead of donating the money for research which is much needed for all with ALS........

When you get older, you'll understand. I'm an EMT of 15 years and I've seen too much to even speak or without breaking down and tearing up. I do at times but keep a strong appearance on the outside in order to stay strong for the families and friends involved

@@joemarino8437 when I get older I’m 40 years old and I’m very close to someone who has been struggling with ALS for 6 years and just got his motorized chair abt 3 months ago because of insurance…… has 1 caretaker his wife and also has a 7 year old and no one else helps with his needs no speaking or eating nothing so how dare u say I’ll understand when I’m older when I was 16 I found my father dead on our couch he had died in his sleep and that has caused me so much pain threw my life and a mother that turned into an alcoholic the day he died so I was the adult taking care of bills and rent as she was on the floor drunk don’t make assumption’s abt ppl that u don’t even know and reply to a comment I made I have seen the worst in life I’ve lived through my life being ripped from me and becoming a adult over night and for the next 7 years that my mother lived before she drank herself to death VERY IGNORANT comment and doesn’t make any sense …..Does my story bring u to tears ????? And now that I read ur comment again it actually doesn’t make any sense or have anything to do with the things I said in my comment so I don’t know why I’m wasting my time

@@joemarino8437 when I get older???? I’m 40 years old you reply to my comment makes no sense I am very close to someone who has had ALS for 6 years and only got his motorized chair 3 months ago he can not do anything for him self he has his wife as a caretaker and a 7 year old that only knows her father in a bed or a wheel chair. No one is giving him money becuz he has ALS. Your patients make u tear up will how’s this at 16 my father died on our couch and the same day my mother how was a recovering Alcoholic of 18 years which I did not know became a ragging alcoholic the night my father died. I had to take care of bills and money for rent and take it to school So she wouldn’t hide it for alcohol and had to deal with that for the next 7 years that she lived sober then drunk I was no longer living with her becuz the state became involved when they would see me alone in the ER so I had to move to another state to live with someone I barely knew and could not bring any of my stuff becuz she didn’t have room so my life and belongings were left behind and also my dog was taken by animal control right in front of me becuz “ my half sister” called animal control and had her taken away so she wouldn’t have to be bothered with my dog !?!?!? I had nothing and then left at 18 to get away from her and started working and still having to deal with phones calls from or abt my mother being drunk until she finally died 7 years after my father….. DOES THIS MAKE YOU TEAR UP ???? Why would u assume that I was a child and tell me I’ll understand when I get older?!?!?! Stupid and ignorant I’ve more pain in my life then u ever will being an EMT BASICALLY DRIVING PEOPLE TO THE HOSPITAL.
