Just heard that Pretty Boy passed away yesterday. I was just at his place a week ago dropping off food and I told him I watched his documentary on KZbin. Ironically, 2 years ago, I played a character named Violence in a play we were both were part of. Dude can play some instruments! Very talented. That character was originally for him. RIP homie. I hope they bring out a story about you

We need an update from the Rollin 60s in the interview from 1988. It was Lil Low Down, Creeper, Lil Creeper and E-Bone. From what I read I think Low Down passed on in like 91 but the others if still living would love to see how much they have changed in 36 years.

It saddens me to think that we probably lost some our greatest future leaders of our communities and how the black community needs that guidance and leadership now more than ever. I’m glad he touched on having to go at guys that you was just tight with. I remember hearing from the big guys “that shit out he’s the other side now”. That’s the kind of thing that chips away at the soul of these young guys. Gives you nightmares as you get older from the things you’ve done. Those of us that physically survived have to steer the youth even tho it seems like a lost cause and we know there’s a science behind what made our neighborhoods the way they are. A lot of the youngsters will listen to someone who they can tell went through what they’re going through. I’ve learned that through the volunteer work I’ve been doing for a while. A lot of them just want someone in their life that really cares. That’s why we cling to the big guys in the neighborhood because they make us feel like they truly care and love us. It’s all a science
@dusa605

@Mikey Likes It that’s an honorable thing to do but it really does get complicated when those same guys you ate dinner at their house with are now shooting at you. I’ve known a lot of guys that gave passes and didn’t receive a pass when they got caught out of bounds. On another note I’ve never respected that shooting someone’s house up shit. Most likely ya not gonna hit anything and you might hit an innocent person there. Plus what ya doing mentally to his mom/dad,siblings,aunts/uncles, or cousins that might be there. Nah if ya trying to get someone then you get THAT person.

I am 57 and I went to Washington High we had about 12-15 gangs their Pretty Boy bring back memories.

+Star Wolf where I'm from is irrelevant to the interview. All I'm saying is, different people have their interviewing techniques and questions laid out, and Kev being the guy he is, I'm guessing woulda come back to it later. So being that there are 3 parts to the interview each being 15 to 20 mins long, I'm sure they would have addressed the monsta incident at one point. Especially since it was 40+ years ago.... Plus I'm sure the OG would have the street smarts to know what and not what to say when talking about it. What would be the point of interviewing a legend - asking him all these candid upfront questions and then not addressing a major one ???? No one else on this youtube platform does what Kev does hence why I expect the OG to say what he wanna say about the incident. There's a big possibility he talks about it in more detail in the following parts.

It ain't no big secret,Kody talked about who set him up and who shot him in his book. The chick that set him up wrote a letter to somebody in prison about how she pulled it off,that person gave the letter to Kody. And he said the niggas who shot him came to his hospital room while he was stretched out.
