Darkness hates her name because she feels Lalatina is too cutesy for a crusader. Some fans speculate that her name is Darkness for her masochism which could be seen as a dark appetite. Others say it could be a call back to old rpg’s like early final fantasy series. In Final Fantasy IV there is a Darkness spell that renders the recipient blind and their chances to hit their opponent drops dramatically. So a reference to how she can’t hit anything at all.

Here is a fun fact about the necklines of noblewomen's dresses during the Middle Ages. Depending on what was in style at the time, they were pretty close to what Darkness was wearing at the beginning of the episode. Basically, the breasts were almost entirely out save for the front, sides and nipples. Basically, what Marin called a Boob Bag in My Dress Up Darling. However, this is slightly ecchi anime, so it is somewhat exaggerated.

I rememeber that in the original web novel that Kazuma was around 20 before the light novel changed it to 17. I think it may be the reason why he's allowed to drink alcohol because they didn't think about it afterwards and why Darkness and Aqua can drink but Megumin can't. For the anime/manga they might've made the rule that they lowered the drinking age.
