I find it interesting that "God's angel" looks horrifying while Kinger finds peace and sanity in the dark, both of which are usually associated with the opposite. Also Kinger glowing bright ethereal light as he leads Pomni out of literal digitally reconstructed hell is definitely a metaphor for something that I'm missing.

Fun facts: In the Spanish dub, when faced with the monster head the first time Kinger says:"Could you repeat that, I don't speak lovecraftian" At the end, when Caine calls everyone their Meowing Milkmaids, in the Spanish dub he calls them "My little milk furries" and in the Polish dub, and I kid you not, you can check for yourself, he calls them "My Skibidi Sigmas". This last one lead Alex Rochon, Caine's English VA, to record a video calling them the same. Then the Spanish VA did the same thing 13:38 God damn it, you missed one of the best lines!

Something you have to remember about Caine is he's an AI he was made to entertain players with games but the players here are not only stuck but need something that Caine can't understand. And whenever someone orders him to do something like saying 'forget it' he just will like how Kaufmo the first episode wanted an exit so Caine tried to make an exit.

Kinger regains his memory when surrounded by darkness, that's why he's in his pillow fort all the time (aside from that being the place where he last saw his wife). I hope they figure out how Kinger can be in darkness more permamently, like when he had the bucket on his head in ep 2.

I don't know if it's true, but many people have said that the therapy session is explaining to the audience that Zooble is nonbinary or gender queer, as they say they don't like the body they were given in the circus and still haven't found parts that they like. They even have put parts on opposite ends (there is a right handed arm being used and a left handed arm). At the end of the session, Zooble throws the notepad behind the chair, where you can vaguely make out what they want their body to actually look like. There is also an official sketch where Jax catagorizes everyone by gender, male and female, but then puts Zooble in her own box labeled "Zooble". Gooseworx (the writer of the show) explained in a post that Zooble also uses any pronouns, but he is still gender queer (or uncertain of what they want their gender to be)

Fun Fact: the "eyes in the dark" segment was animated by Joshua Palmer, AKA Zeurel, who also animated the credits sequence for this show. He and Gooseworx are close friends, and he's even making his own animated series called "Monkey Wrench", in which Gooseworx does a voice in. Highly recommend checking that series out, especially Episode 3.5 "The Tape"!

Cain doesn't control anything about the adventures. He has separate AI to do that for him, the most recent versions as of episode 2 being "57 times more immersive". That's the whole reason Gumigoo was able to become self aware last time, and why Caine had to erase him after they returned to the circus tent. If he had some way to control the AIs, he'd have no reason to erase them, cuz he'd always be able to tell who's an AI or not.

The real question is....Was Kingers wife his IRl wife that got trapped along side him or have they met in the circus and decide to become husband and wife IN the circus...? That is actually a really affective and though provoking question tho. If they met in the circus...that would mean the circus was their "heaven" instead of hell in a way. Hear me out. MAYBE... It wound mean that the circus has more functions than just trap human souls in itself, but to also involuntarily help the souls find themselves though someone else. No enviroment could really be considered "hell" or "heaven" if you didn't have a reason to believe so otherwise. Kinger could've had the same mindset as Pomni and just try to get out and return into the enviroment he considered his home (Earth). But perhaps finding Queenie, and finding happiness in the circus, brought Heaven to Hell. Perhaps causing him to want to stay in the circus after all as he realized that having Queenie by his side meant he found the sickening Beauty of the circus as well. Willing to adapt to the Circus and finally seeing the Bliss of it when choosing to do so. Because maybe Queenie was his reason to stay, as they feared if they ever managed to leave, they would lose eachother. Choosing to stay, gave them a purpose, a reason to seek out the light in a dark room; and after losing eachother, help others to see what he saw, help them find their reasons to accept the Circus. Because for Kinger, he saw his Wife in the darkness. He Found the Light. BUT HEY. THAT'S JUST A THEORY. A- *I'll stop now.*

Caine is not bad or awful person, he is not a villain. Show's creator stated that he's a.i. who doesn't understand human emotions, beacause he never has been a human, he's a program to entertain and make adventures, he doesn't mean harm, but he causes unintentionly.

I think if what Pomni said in the pilot episode is true, maybe the Digital Circus is meant to be a VR therapy type of thing? If not, it's hell masked as therapy sessions. My current theory is that Pomni specifically blames herself for something bad happening to a loved one and that's why she is in the circus. I remember seeing a clip of a show with the premise of a hell masked as heaven. What made it hell was the fact that no matter what the people tried, they were never going to actually progress forward if I remember correctly 😅 Anyway, I'm curious about Jax's and Ragatha's backstory.
