It's great to see others using tech and tracking products to help build a picture of whats going on before deciding what to do 👍 I love using the trail cams and it's great to show the customer too. These methods separate us good guys from the rest 😁 I've lost count of times when I've been the 2nd company the customer has called out and after about 40 mins into the first visit and I'm just about to check the loft space you always get the comment "the other guys didn't do half of what your doing" 🤣

@@PestInterceptors I bet they charge a fortune too. I have had jobs where customers have told me what they have already paid someone and it is beyond me how they get away with it. Someone paid a "guy" £300 for Bed bug treatment....he was there 15 minutes and set off a couple of foggers and left!!! 😲

Noer check the drains, or pour dye down holes, but forever who are these people with historic bait boxes everywhere from different companies who never check the bung on trade bins.

I love it when your happy out at night hunting rats Christian your eyes sparkle with excitement. I think the children who obviously are playing outside due to the orange car on the wall need to be warned about hand washing or they will be extremely sick. Great work Team.

Brilliant Christian, We cured a 21yr rat problem at a pub through burrow baiting, darain survey's and proofing the bungs, the pub was surrounded by takeaways, every pest control company in the area had histroic boxes there, there was no bait up take at all from the boxes, so we had to think, and just like here with you we worked it out, interestingly while burrow baiting with brodiafacoum the chinese opened the back door, ran up to my bait box and with the worlds biggest ladel nicked a load of sapphire grain leggit back inside to Hoyyyyyyyyyyy!

As a young NHS manager donkeys years back i did a pest control course to help understand the subject for arranging pest control contracts. To realise the cowboys against the professional operations (and not neccessarily being from the big companies) One training night we had to go under the foundations of a large building, The professor lecturer chap told us to lay still and turn the helmet torches off . I nearly S**t myself in the dark and laying there quietly for ages.. he then told us to flick the torch on to see what had emerged -- jeeez, the creepy crawlies and things that had appeared in the dark . One of the best learning courses i have ever done of what is a very technical & very complex subject. .... I couldnt do your job every day chaps -- very professional and great fun to watch...

I have a rat that has been catching birds, quite big pretty vicious I have caged it in the drain ytird to use pliers to catch it by the tail and cage it. I caught it catching a dove by the tail but when it let the bird go I tried to bite me. Kept it over night in the drain trying to figure out how to catch it this morning it jumped at me once before made me scream that my neigbour asked if I was as OK 😅. Interesting channel thanks
