Oh No! $850 Carved Oak Sideboard Makeover. The most Expensive piece I've ever done.

Vintage Oak Sideboard bough back to life. The base was damaged so I removed and added some new feet. A beige wash to tone done the orange.

Purchased for the bargain price of $50. A 2 hour round trip to collect and I was so excited to nab this on MP On the way home, unfortunately little car accident. An eye watering $800 car excess later. Oh boy, was I glad to see this expensive one leave the workshop.

What’s the spray you used on the doors? Was that to remove the varnish?
