Yes, Miss Onyin, as other comments have pointed out, that truly is James' father who pops up towards the end of the video. At the time, his dad had a stage 4 kidney disease with the clock ticking down in taking his life. Even though James' publishers were refusing him to not do the video as they thought it would be too unprofessional, he insisted in doing so. Yes, James was emotional and even sang out of key a few times but with his raw emotion and sincerity in revering his dad, he gave a very honest performance. Fortunately, a bit later in finding a distant cousin willing to donate a kidney that matched the dad's rare blood type, he was saved through the transplant. I appreciate much your reaction, Miss Onyin, for your response gives hope for humanity and brings the world a bit closer...

His dad survived stage 4 kidney cancer, but when he wrote it noone in his immediate family were viable donors, his dad has a rare blood type. Luckily they found a distant cousin that was compatible and donated a kidney. His dad survived and got to hear his song. I lost my pops 2 years ago. James made a song for all us sons and daughters too. Even with Dementia my pops recognized his kids and mom and would ask us of we were ok, that was all that mattered to him. Denlmentia couldnt take that away from him.

Anyone who pauses a song during a reaction doesn't know how to react. Listen to the song in its entirety, THEN comment. When you stop the song you're interrupting the story, and killing the emotion. Amateur
@Dwain-vd7ex3 күн бұрын
In your opinion, but I totally disagree. Almost all reactors pause at least once if for nothing else to comply to copyright restrictions. There is nothing “amateur” about it.
