Demon Slayer isn't comparable to the Heaven's Feel fights. The biggest thing holding Demon Slayer back is choreography. There's a lot of flash, but not a lot of substance in many of the big moments for Demon Slayer (My Hero suffers from this a bit too). Heaven's Feel's fights involve actual fight choreography where you can follow the power struggle. Also triple movie budget on Heaven's Feel for ufotable's oldest cash cow vs TV anime for Demon Slayers, it's a bit of an unfair comparison. All in all, ufotable's the goat.

Saber Alter VS Rider def is number one. not only for the visials but also emotional impact. Saber had been one of the heros and the face of the frachise since the beginning, to have her as the final major villain to over come just felt so heart breaking.

Saber, Lancer, Archer, Assassin, Beserker and Rider are just classes. Where characters from mythology/history are summoned in to so a saber is not always the same character for exaple Julius Caesar and King Arthur are both Sabers. They fight for a master aka a mage that summoned them. To get the holy grail that can grant eny wish.

Demon slayer can accredited fate as to why its animation (its the same studio) is so good but i will flat out say heavens feel was a love letter to the fate fans and it had THE best animated fight scenes i had ever witnessed (like i said demon slayer owes it to fate for ufotable being able to do their magic and i cant wait for demonslayers later things im especially excited for a certain moment for zenitsu)

You gotta watch Fate. The story is fantastic and the animation is the best I've seen within anime, even over Demon Slayer(especially the Heaven's Feel movies). Some say it's hard to know where to start, but it's not. Just watch Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works(any order), then the movies. After that it's fair game for you to watch any of the others.
