No professional sports player should take offense at any questions regarding doping/PED's, or other forms of cheating. Cheating is found in every sport and I just assume that everyone is doping and cheating any way they can. Plus, the louder the protests, the more I'm convinced that the person is doping and/or cheating in some way. This is - especially - true for the Olympics, Major League Baseball (MLB), and the Tour de France.

If doping was giving people an advantage and establishing faster speed…and now the numbers are lower due to pure physical ability 🤷🏽‍♀️ Logical question.
