INGREDIENTS
• Fresh pumpkin leaves
• Sawtooth coriander
• Bitter eggplant
• Snake beans
• Bitter gourd
• King chilli
• Pumpkin
• Chives
• Dry fish
• Bamboo shoot
• Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
•Wash and chopped all the vegetables.
•Mix the vegetables, bamboo shoot and dried fish. Drizzle a little bit of mustard oil and add salt to taste.
•Toss everything well and transfer in a pot.
•Pour water till it reaches the top layer of the vegetables. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or till the water dries down completely. Do not cover until temperature drops down.
