I think Garp would be a happy grandpa, Dragon would be dismayed because being an Admiral means taking direct orders from a celestial dragon something that i think Garp would warn them about & would advise them regardless the situation helping people should come first. Ace would be content in being a powerful Admiral, Sabo would an effective fleet admiral then elevated to commander in chief, Luffy eeeh would probably be a vice Admiral who would ditch his responsibilities to go sailing fighting pirates or escape to the G5 base. Ace would be a competent fleet admiral.

I think the elders would notice luffy and his achievements and they would also identifies luffy's devil fruit and try to recruit him at this point,due to the fact that they are trying to acquire the DF since the void century,but instead of joining them due to his reputation like garp he would straight up refuse it and leave.But later when luffy along with Ace and sabo is confronted by shanks ,shanks would certainly identifies Ace who he realises as his former captains son and asks them to leave the marine and become pirates.

I actually feel like Ussop could have been saved in this timeline. Recall that Morgan gained his position under the false pretense of having captured Captain Kuro Therefore, if Sabo was investigating and recording the actions of Morgan, he could very well have uncovered that his accomplishments were fake. This means the Marines are aware of Kuros survival, and have reason to investigate islands close to his last known location. Thankfully - Kuro didn't travel far, meaning he could be apprehended by Sabo and the marines. For my own love of Ussop - I'd like to say that due to seeing the wickedness of Kuro and his crew breaking his ideal image of Pirates, he may change his stance and join the marines instead of becoming a pirate - Either path could achieve his dream of becoming a brave and strong warrior of the sea after all. He could also become friends with Sabo who shares a bit of frustration with the Marines at this point, empathizing with Ussop who is frustrated with the idealized vision of piracy

@@joseguadalupemartineztorre9702 Definitely not impossible, I was just talking within the context of the scenario of the Vid with Sabo investigating & gathering details on Morgan While Luffy might want to find Ussop - He would need to know its a priority in order for him to meet him before Sabo What matters first is that Ussop survives Kuros attack - If luffy doesn't realize there's an emergency, he likely wont bother going there until its too late. Shells Town (Where Morgan is) happens to be physically close to Gecko Islands & Syrup Village as well So even if Luffy learns about the situation with Kuro after Sabo reports it, Sabo will most likely arrive there sooner than Luffy (That isn't to say Luffy & Ussop won't become friends, but I think this specific timeline Sabo connects with him first after each of their idealized views of the world are strained)

I still think the story happens similarly, but Ace, Sabo, Luffy as marines. All the crew mates would still join. But Ace still gets put to death by the WG. This would make both Luffy going free and becoming a pirate while Sabo would find the Revolutionaries as a spot for him. The crew they have with them would obviously go with them. I could see Kidd and Law being former antagonists in this scenario too. Honestly Koby and Hellmeppo would probably be closer with the three brothers as well and decide to stay in the Marines to reform them from the inside. Would be a cool movie idea honestly. This was absolutely garp's biggest dream at that moment in time. The way I see it Garp wouldn't want anyone to mess up is grandsons development. Especially with Ace being gold Rogers kid and wanting to keep that a secret. Garp would pay extra attention to Ace. Ace would find out about the battleship bags and immediately want to practice too. He still wants to be stronger than anyone. Which would also make Sabo and Luffy train on the battleship bags. Because they don't want to fall behind their brother. Unfortunately because they would all end up training under GARP, their time in the East blue would probably be short. They probably wouldn't encounter any of Luffy's enemies in the east blue. Meaning all of Luffy's crew mates from the East blue probably die. Koby gets caught being on a pirate ship so they label him a pirate. Also the brothers probably moved through the ranks really quickly. Prince Grus doesn't seem to have any special relationship to GARP but he was in Koby's class and now he's a vice-admiral.

I have a theory on how BB got WB’s df So u know how after the df host dies the df transforms Into a random fruit close to the dead host right so I think that under the covers that BB’s commanders put on BB and WB I think BB pulled out a bunch of random fruit and waited until one of them transformed into WB’s df And I think this goes with the 3 souls in BB’s body for 1 soul gets darkness and another gets tremor and 3rd idk That’s it if u read this far thx! I don't think they would accept the position of Admiral after seeing all the corruption of the World Government. They'll most likely have the same mentality as Garp does and reject the position. Maybe even leave the Marines all together and finally start their pirate crew with them three, Robin, and probably convince Nami to join them since Luffy was the one that saved her village from Arlong.

@@nicholasaugello2534, Luffy, Sabo, and Ace were never meant to be Marines in the first place even in a What If Scenario because there’s more freedom and no restrictions on freedom while being a revolutionary and a pirate while Marines both in One Piece and in the real world are glorified tax collectors that should earn their money from stealing from evil criminals like pirates do instead of forcing people to pay them taxes for saving lives hence why even whenever Fishmen Island was under Big Mom’s rule it still wasn’t ran any differently than how Marines runs a country.

​@@nicholasaugello2534it makes more sense for Ace to become an Admiral after being blinded by Akainus Absolute Justice after Akainu tells him who his dad is and on Roger as the reason why there's the surge of Pirates like Kid. Sabo would further separate himself from the Marines because he'd instead be revealed to the Unclear Justice under Kizaru seeing the Celestial Dragon crimes and then spying for the Rev Army as a Vice Admiral. Luffy would definitely leave with Kuzan after understanding his Lazy Justice and turn his crew into Pirates, while actually acting as a Pirate spy to take down corrupt Marines and Shanks
