Also Sabo as a kid fought with people like Kuma,Ivan and Dragon

Here's the thing about the Blackbeard portion. if he were to break into impel down, he doesn't have the chaos Luffy started there, which means there's a lot more guards to worry about and they don't need to release Shiryu because there isn't any chaos. Which means that when Blackbeard inevitably runs into Magellan, and gets poisoned, there's nobody there to cure him with the antidote. I think Blackbeard actually dies in this timeline

You forget one factor, and thats Sanji himself. Vinsmoke Judge and Big Mom planned on forming an alliance through marriage in the original timeline, and since Sanji would gain notoriety early on before the original events, Big Mom would probably send her crew after Sanji causing a major conflict between Big Mom and the Sake Cup pirates (although that would depend how early Judge and Big Mom planned the marriage)

I think you lose Nami because you already have a navigator. Keep Zoro and Sanji. Big problem with Sabo is he doesn’t gain the revolutionary training which takes away a lot of his fighting prowess and style. Maybe you get Usopp because we haven’t seen any other viable snipers. I still think you get Franky somehow based on Ace’s connection to Roger and Tom’s connection. I think the crew getting separated would still be a good idea. Would give you an excuse for Sabo to be trained by revolutionaries, still have Marineford in some way, and Luffy could still meet Boa. Maybe Sabo meets Robin that way through revolutionaries.

They would have started their journey on Sabo’s 17th birthday. So Luffy would have left Dawn 3 years before. They don’t meet Zoro, he dies 3 years later. They probably don’t meet Nami, she is still an Arlong prisoner. Maybe they would have recruited Usopp due to his relationship with Yasop and get the Going Merry (but I’m not sure about Usopp also because he would be 14). Sanji would definitely become a crew member, he was already in Baratie (which is a stop to enter in the Grand Line) and all the three brothers would appreciate his cooking skills, at the end the 3 brothers love food. The Alabasta saga that we know doesn’t exist, Chopper is probably still in drum. They would probably reach alabasta but without all the fights against Baroque Works’ agents and the trio would defeat crocodile. I can see Robin joining the crew. They still go to Skypiea and defeat Enel. Water seven Arc is very similar to the actual one. Robin is in the crew so all that happened in the original timeline will also happen here, with also the encounter with Franky. They go to Enies Lobby, there will probably be Ace vs Lucci. Back to Water 7, Franky joins the crew, the thousand sunny is the new ship of ASL crew. They still go to Thriller Bark, and Brook become a crew member. On Sabaody, at least Sabo and Ace become Supernovas. Probably there will not be any Kizaru issue, so they will go in the new world. They meet Whitebeard and become an allied crew, I can’t see the three of them becoming his subordinates. After some years, Blackbeard kills thatch, but Ace isn’t a Whitebeard commander so they doesn’t go after him. Ace is as strong as the normal one, Sabo maybe is a bit weaker because he didn’t trained with Dragon but Luffy is way stronger than his 17 years old normal counterpart. Blackbeard probably captures Kidd to get the Warlord spot. No marineford war. After other two years, they realize that they cannot be on the same crew anymore because there cannot be three Pirate kings and they decide to fight to see who will take the ship and become the captain of the crew. Luffy is the mc, so he wins. After that, I don’t know and I’m tired

Sabo should've definitely been the mixed bag guy like Usopp and his shots. His pipe could've been made of Seastone and let's him filter any water including seawater so the crew can drink from any water. Give him some Seastone brass knuckles, and later with Franky's help turn into Louis Armstrong type gloves that also have webbings so he can swim faster. Give him some mixed ammo golf balls(explosives, ice, Seastone dust against logias, putty, stink against zoans)that he can swing at opponents using his pipe like a golf club. He could also be the one that uses dials and learn the Rokushiki techniques. You can also have Sabo be the one to keep the crew fashionable and ready for any weather and be the responsible one with finances.

Two issues 1. You gotta have franky... coup de burst! Its been frankys designs that got the strawhats out of some bad situations. 2. Garp, the interactions with old man island breaker would be very different with ace and luffy both being present not to mention the big G would be constantly trying to send sabo home. I thinks gramps would actually be a legit problem for the sake cuppers as he would hold back even less and push them harder by pursuing them harder and more often as he is invested in all 3 main members.

I mean, they have a Logia, a Paramecia/Mythical Zoan. So why not also a normal zoan? For as unintelligent as Luffy is, with them getting into the final stretch of the story I would love to see the rest of the crew or at least a few more of the crew develop Haki, Like there's no reason for usopp to not have observation Haki on par with Sanji, Robin COULD have armament, Brook should have some at least low level of both, and i like to think that by looking up to the monster trio and Usopp that Chopper trains and gets at least a littpe armament, maybe similar to how Iron Body works but Haki

Robin with armament would be Commander-level strong (she's already pretty close anyways). I get that's not her role in the crew, and not Oda's intent with the character, but it would be cool if she was that strong on top of her already unique abilities. Also, as a Commander within the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, maybe she could lead archaeological expeditions or revolutionary-adjacent activities. She has some of the most interesting motivations among the Straw Hats.

I always thought the Gears were a result of Luffy's encounter with CP9. Gear 2nd was a result of not being able to match their speed so it was developed as response to Rokushiki. I fully think that had Luffy not meet the CP9, he'd have made Gear 2nd different from the original story. Maybe a Gear 2nd would be more strength based rather than speed based.

I mean, not entirely impossible. They probably still met Crocus and Laboon. But at the same time, they most likely never encounter Vivi as well. So they never went to Whiskey Peak in the first place as well, most likely. Thus, they never went to Little Garden, Drum, Jaya, Skypia and Water Seven. Likely Thriller Bark and of course Sabaody because all paths come together before the redline anyway. So instead a whole new route of unknown islands will be discovered. And while at it, they are also likely running into one or several of the other Super Novae (before Sabaody). And this will continue in the New World, as they - again, likely - never went to Punk Hazard, Zou, Wano... EDIT: Ok, second tour argument. But still, there is again the chance, they take a whole other route. Again.

Another thing that could be added here is that since Sanji is apart of the crew Judge and Big Mom could plan their marriage and force Sanji to leave the crew as in the original story. This would cause Luffy and the Sake cup pirates( perhaps not all of them) to go and save Sanji and since Luffy is a lot stronger at this point he could take down Big Mom earlier. Then, since Wano was right after Whole Cake in the original story 3 years would’ve passed as Kawamatsu said so the Sake Cup Pirates would go back to Wano and defeat Kaido this time.

I honestly don't think that Nami would join the crew in this scenario since the reason she joined wasn't just because they saved her village but because she had a preexisting bond with them, I'm sure like all the other villagers that she would be extremely grateful to them but they would have only just met and I don't think that she could dismiss her 5 year long deep hatred of pirates so easily. Plus they already have a navigator so Im not entirely sure why they would want to invite her to the ship, since if you remember Luffy initially didn't want to team up with her and only asked her to join after finding out that she is a navigator.
