there are a few bands tha absolutely need to be listened to by every human. nightwish, symphony x, ayreon, evanessence. and linkin park. I'm sure there are others out there like sonata arctica, coheed and Cambria and axenstar, but those first five are a necessity.

Communion and the Oracle. It's the "ballad" of the album but it's one of the most beautifully arranged pieces of music I know of.
