Hello, I'm WONHO!
Today I tried 'climbing'
I've seen climbing often in photos and videos, but I never thought I'd do it haha
Actually, I thought I could do it well with a little bit of strength, but it was an exercise that required a lot of things such as endurance, flexibility, and memory!
Of course, it's not easy as it seems, it's much more difficult than that.
I didn't hang on for a long time, but sweat already started coming out.
I have to put my weight on my legs, but holding that posture is a bit difficult for me.
Next time I get the chance, I want to succeed really coolly.

Wonho literally climbed up that wall like it was nothing. I thought he was going to be so scared because of his fear of heights, but he did it like a boss. He's been stepping out of his comfort zone so much and I am so proud that he is conquering his fears. I find it very inspirational~

Be careful though Wonho! My husband is the same build and had to condition himself lol. All that muscle can be a bit hard to climb with! I hope you continue because you get used to your own body weight but you will rip your calluses off. I have done it so many times.

rock climbing is not at all easy for someone with as much muscle mass as wonho! he’s carrying a great deal more weight than the average climber so he did a great job!

I've seen several examples where bodybuilders, especially those very defined muscles, think that they can simply apply their strngth to rock climbing because it is technically a strength-related sport. They always think they'll be decent at climbing because of their physique. This is one of the rare times where a bodybuilder comes to climbing with a humble mindset, knowing that just because they are strong in some areas doesnt mean they will excel in all things related to strength. Just goes to show how humble and down to earth this guy is
