Ohio - A Better Montana

I don't really know what to call the Ohio besides a better Montana. It trades speed, gun count and AA for the capacity to overmatch 30mm, faster reload, much faster turret traverse, better penetration, faster rudder shift, Massachusetts secondaries and the fast heal. That's not a very good trade for the Monty. You can find my recommended build at the end.
