How about jailing the criminals that use firearms to commit crimes. Law abiding citizens do n😢commit crimes using firearms. Check the Stats

@@denverlilly3669 true but in kentucky for instance a private property owner cant prevent you from having it in your car on there peroperty if they do your entiltled to finacial restituion

@@denverlilly3669the policy of private establishments doesn't supercede the United States constitution & the supremacy clause. States CANNOT make arbitrary laws regarding anything to do with defending, self, others, property ect. They do not have that authority. They can't make arbitrary laws having to do with dealing with people with disabilities either. They could write volumes of laws, enough to fill the library of Alexandria & it wouldn't matter at all. Furthermore, SCOTUS'S bruin discision immediately shuts down any new or existing gun law on the books.

yeah! the only right that says shall not be infringed is the most infringed one. just check if you would take the same restrictions on any other right to see what i mean.

The 4th is almost non-existant. Courts have continuously eroded the 4th in favor of law enforcement. But the 2nd is strongly in 2nd.

@@ericgigliotti2632 i can se a nice talk comparing the 2 to see which one has been more infringed. it might bring out a lot of things no one knows about. the 4th shouldn't be infringed either.

@@mikehenthorn1778 those two are definitely the most eroded. And while not eroded, our judicial system loves to pretend the 9th doesn't exist.

Lol yea, the only right that says shall not be infringed but its also the only one with thousands of laws restricting it..... pathetic. Any gun laws are unconstitutional.

Having to leave your firearm in your vehice is counter-productive as most stolen firearms are stollen from cars. Would make more sence if lockboxes were stationed at the metal detectors for safe storage when entering a building. Just my 2 cents of common sense.

I couldn’t help but notice that the graphics appearing behind the newsman depict a man holding a gun at his side with his finger on the trigger. The only time your finger touches the trigger is when the gun is pointed at an object that you have already decided to shoot.
