House Bill 433 defines mass casualty weapons as any semiautomatic firearm designed or specially adapted to fire more than 31 cartridges without reloading.

The Democratic way is to divide and Conquer. We are all Americans no matter skin color. Stop the Bullshit by segregation of yourself over another. In 250 years if we as a society can't get along with each other. Then we should section off parts of this country and be done with this issue. If someone keeps saying I can't do it. Guess what. The founders of this country created the bill of rights including the 2nd amendment because they are absolute birth rights. The founders, the 2nd amendment is the commonsense gun law. A well-regulated militia, the military Is to be regulated so the military stays under civilian control and management. The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, no law shall be enacted to limit or control the right of the citizens to own and carry arms. The founders warned against people like these socialists who will try to take that away and then tyranny will follow.

You can't even get the criminals off the streets that are doing illegal acts with firearms. That they are getting illegally 99% of the time. Blackshear most likely lives in a gated community with armed guards 24 hours a day. So what does he know about lives in poorer neighborhoods. Responsibility starts as a child you learn from your parents. Quit blaming guns and start blaming criminals doing atrocious actions. And for God sake. Quit publishing it on mass news media.
