He has an EXCELLENT arm. People don't give him credit for it because he only completed 58% of his passes last season. Urban has been working on his arm and accuracy all off season. And plus the Bucks added some good WR's in the 2013 recruiting class. Look for big things out of Mr. Miller this season folks.

I remember watching his HS clips while he was being recruited, I was completely floored, and instantly thought that he would be much better than TP. I love how even in his freshman year with turmoil at the OSU, he never looked to run first, but always throw when in duress, he is the real deal, and if he become a little more accurate and they let him unload, he is going to be pretty unstoppable in the next two years.

Everyone talks about his running ability which is bar none better than every qb last year but his passing you have to admit is getting better like some of these throws he puts them in the right spot until the northwestern game when he just did about everything to his shoulder and it was a marvel that he could throw after

thats funny that you say that. My brother goes to Ohio State and he was waiting in line to get some food and Braxton started conversation with my brother. I totally agree with your comment about Florida. They were extremely lucky every Saturday. Their defense all but carried that team. Jeff Driskel is absolutely horrible. They had a perfectly good QB with Jacoby Brissett who was actually a quarterback and not a running back who sometimes threw the ball. I'll take your word for the dropped passes. I didn't catch very many OSU games last year. It's so great football season is just around the corner! I wish your team all the best bro!
@VeeDubBeetle4 жыл бұрын
I always wonder if OSU would have won the title in 2014 if Miller hadn't gotten hurt. He would have had a loaded offense to work with but in some ways JT and Cardale were much better passers than he was but brax was much more dangerous as a dual threat QB.

It's not Ohio States fault that over half the other colleges In the conference don't care enough about the success, or unsuccsess of there football program, and put piss poor efforts Into there football programs. Braxton Miller Is an ELITE talent. He could put up similar performances In the SEC, I believe that, and he does what he does being the only player on offense that put's fear Into opponents. He carries the offense on his back for the most part. He Is a legitimate heisman canidate.

If most people watched all of Ohio State games last then you would know Braxton Miller completion percentage would be higher than 58%, I saw a lots of dropped passes for huge gains, he also had a lot of passes dropped for touchdowns, he could easily had 2500 passing yards with 25 TD's with a completion percentage of atleast 65%

6:43 1st and goal on your own 35? How did that happen? Or was it just a graphics error?
@BuckNasty969711 жыл бұрын
I agree Braxton has a great deal of talent. But Braxton would need to bring his completion percentage above 58% first. Remember, he's a quarterback first who's supposed to make plays on his feet second. I think it's the other way around at the moment. And it could have definitely hurt OSU last year. Remember Michigan State and Indiana? That was with a Braxton Miller led offense.

I have now watched 2, or so, hours of each QB. Manziel gets caught from behind with regularity if he does not have a great lead, Miller runs away from DBs. He is much faster, has a better first burst, and is more elusive in the pocket. You clearly aren't watching enough tape. The footage tells the story. Mind you I am an USC fan so I have no dog in the fight, I am just calling it like it is.

Braxtons best asset with no question is his agility Not even terrelle pryor had as much running ability as braxton and thats saying a lot knowing how good TP was as a dual threat NOT to mention braxton has the arm POTENTIAL to be a top 10 NFL qb tho he lacks accuracy through his freshman (and as seen in this video) his sophmore years take a look at the ohio state spring game he has deffinitely got better working with a qb gurus but just imagine how better he will be his senior year...WOW...

@greenmonster204411 жыл бұрын
First of all, they are not "much faster" than the big ten. I won't argue that the SEC is not the best conference, because it easily is. However, the Big Ten still produces PLENTY of talent. I would say Manziel and Miller have pretty similar straight line speed (although I'd give Miller the edge), but Miller has far better cutting ability. Manziel runs wreckless and somehow still avoids defenders. Miller would do just fine in the SEC.
@Germany98111 жыл бұрын
Only Alabama and Georgia could beat #2 Ohio state right now. Ohio state would give them a run for there money too. Braxton Miller has a huge chance to take the heisman.
