Great recipe! Fruit pies made with sour fruits aren’t as common here in the Philppines. By introducing the usage of calamansi in this recipe, you’re giving Filipino bakers a more accessible approach to pies. Thanks Anna! Always a pleasure watching your informative and well-produced videos.

It's such a sweet touch from the Canadian Baking Queen to mention "kalamansi". It hits close to home ♥. I like that your videos are short and sweet, full of great tips and the tune used adds a happy note to it. The enthusiasm in your voice is just the right tone, just animated enough that it's not boring or annoying. Just the perfect video without the unnecessary uneventful (lull) moment. Whoever edits this, he/she sure knows what they're doing and does a great job of it. Thanks Anna! Hope to see more of your baking videos! ♥

She also has one of the most awesome kitchens ever! I love her drawers of flour and sugar and her commercial looking ovens are just the best I've ever seen in a "home" kitchen. If I ever win the lottery, I will hire a contractor and tell them to build me this kitchen! Martha Stewart also has a really great kitchen. She's been doing a cooking at home series and her kitchen is just to die for too.

I watched many a video/recipe and picked yours to try 1st. Incredible !!! My dinner guest gave it a 9.7 out of 10... and then we both went into a well deserved sugar coma. This Italian Meringue is PURE GOLD !!! I hope it's possible to reduce the sugar to 3/4 or 1/2 a cup in the future... and still make it work. I had plenty of meringue left over and I was pushing myself to throw it out... I'm TOO compulsive and I'll kill myself eating it all... and I found myself dipping pecans in it... Amazing !!! and then I couldn't stop just sticking my finger in it... and then, somehow I found the strength to let it go. I'm so impressed with the NON-Weeping aspect of this meringue.... my mom's Chocolate Pies & Banana Pudding are incredible... and the Meringue is SO GREAT... but the Weeping, Shriveling and forming a bit of an outside skin issue is always a bummer. I can't wait to try this meringue on a chocolate pie, etc. I had my 1st KeyLime Pie in the Florida Keys... then all over the South... and strangely the best Keylime Pie ever... I found in Mississippi. I've never found it's equal. Your recipe is the closest to that pie that I've come across. Really Outstanding !!! I feel life is all okay, now : ) Thank you so much for this and all of your wonderful videos and knowledge that you share... All the Best, Anna : )
