Thanks for the parchment paper tip. The one I've been following along to is so much more complicated. I got to the point where I scratched using that tip and just pieced the paper together, lol. That of course didn't work too well when I went to lift my goodies out of the pan. 🤦‍♀️ Great bake along Anna. Sadly I missed it (had issues with my hands). I almost bought a bar of unsweetened chocolate but I put it back because I thought "when am I ever going to use it"? I can't find that type near me (the store I found it at is 2 cities away from me) but at least I now know where I can get it. Congrats on your ch growing. I learn SO MUCH from you!! Thanks again...

Anna when you said add prunes I nearly fell off my chair. I love to bake and do so a lot and when my son was dating his now wife I had been baking all day and made brownies. My son asked if he could take some for his girlfriend and her Mom. I didn't want to say no but they were full of prunes. The moral of the story is they loved them and ate them all consequently they spent the whole evening in the washroom!! We still laugh about that to this day!

Hi Anna, I just watched your video for Fudge Brownies and , Oh No! Guess what, I am hungry! For me, it just doesn’t make a Brownie if it doesn’t have Nuts! Saying this, Pecans are my Favorite with Hazelnuts as Runner up! I have a Cookbook that is all about Hazelnut. It has Sweet & Savory recipes and it has a Fantastic Recipe for Hazelnut Brownies. Now the problem with all these delicious nuts is that due to an experience at my EX-Dentist, I have no teeth, No, Nodda, None. I had to be put on some real bad medicine cuz of this. Now as much as I want the texture of the nuts in so many recipes, I have almost stopped baking. I have tried grinding the nuts and cutting back on the amount I use in the recipes but it just isn’t the same. I am to young to be toothless but not only that, I am to young to have to go without nuts!!! Is there anything you can think of that would soften up the nuts so I can chew them easier? One other thing, I am thinking about adding Orange Zest to my Brownies. Have you ever used it in your Brownies? Do you think it would taste ok with just the zest or is there something else I should add to get enough flavor of the Orange Zest? I love experimenting especially with Brownies since they are so versatile. I have even tried it with Adobo Chili Sauce chopped up real fine. It doesn’t take much to get that little bit of warmth. I loved them. There is a type of Candy my Mum used to get when I was little and they are an Orange jelly stick and dipped into good Chocolate. I loved them but nowadays, I have a more difficult time looking for them. Can you or do you have a recipe for the Jelly part of the Candy? I haven’t tried to make them just because I have no idea how to make it (the Jellied center) so it is thick enough to slice and stand up to the heat of the Callebut or other Tempered Chocolate. I would love to be able to make these when I want rather than go online and paying the high prices of the product and more for the shipping. Homemade recipes are usually so much better than store bought products. Besides, it’s so fun to bake. I love creating my own recipes. I have also seen these candies but they had Raspberry flavored Jelly inside. I prefer the Orange Sticks over the Raspberry flavor. Can you help me on my path, please? I would be delighted to know your ideas. I love watching your videos very much and appreciate all the work you do for your watchers. I hope you and Michael have a Wonderful Day. Regards to you both, JilliBean from Port Orchard, WA
