I disagree! When a housing market is artificially propped up by the gov't (ex. US or China) that causes speculation and a large percentage of investors there is always a shortage. When investors stop buying or selling there's never enough demand from young buyers to offset supply. Demographics is only the main driver of housing in a free market!
