Very informative, thank you. I've watched you for a number of years, with Oak Studio too, love your work; and now your new channel. I had to make a portable Pochade palette, sorry, but great idea! Really love it. Rather have yours, but it works. I'm getting back into oil, love oil paint so with your videos the timing is just right! I may subscribe to your Patrion for a month or two, I'm 62 and retired/injury, so going through your videos rekindled my desire to paint , thanks again! Look forward to more. Dean

Hello, do you have a video that discusses theme and composition? Like for example, what made you think of this flower, the color , the background ? please and thank you.

Hi! I don’t have anything here on KZbin of that subject. Maybe I can post an excerpt of a video from Patreon in the future. Thanks

@ That would be great . Thanks !

The subtitles take away from the process, but thanks for the video.

the captions are very distracting.

I agree, the normal video never includes text, although that is over on Patreon.

This is the worst tutorial I’ve ever seen. your pallet has a million different colors and tones on it from years of work. You talk in circles. No explanation of the colors you use, if you are using any kind of medium and you title it “for beginners “ 😂 I hope your Patron is a hell of a lot more informative than this mess
