What will be happen if baffle plate is broken

Thanks for your question here is your answer. If baffel plate is broken the refrigerant entering in the oil separator will carry more oil with it into the condenser and can cause shortage of oil in the compressor and excessive oil in the condenser will cause less heat transfer which leads to high discharge pressure and temperature.

@@gulamansari5439 definitely if compressor is working at high pressure and temperature or with less oil lubrication it is likely subject to mechanical damage
