No explanation? Exactly how large is this spill? What steps are being taken to remediate the situation? How long is this spill remediation expected to take? Why did this spill take place and who caused it? I have since found out that it was a collision between two ships, it's not the biggest spill but it certainly is important that it gets cleaned up.
