2:40 lifestyle habits to adapt: No 1. Well balanced diet i.e. Avoid: fatty foods - pizza & fries, high glucose bread, salty and sweet food i.e. chocolate as they cause increased oil production. Try consuming food high in vitamin B, D, E: potato, barley, beans, tomato, lemon & apple as they control oil production. No 2. Get atleast 6 hours sleep everyday especially from 10pm - 2am. No 3. Exercise No 4. Avoid stress No 5. Avoid oily products. 5:13 Skin Care: 1. Cleansing for sebum control 2. Mask to tighten pores 3. Toning to control over production of oil 4. Can you do a video that explains how many seconds/minutes it needs after applying toner to serum to cream? Like, do you apply serum right after toner? same as for the cream, right after serum? or do I need to wait a minute/seconds before applying the next step/product? cause I'm reeeeeally really a beginner to skin care that has so many routine(call me dumb or whatever lol XDD ). Klairs mid-day sun lotion also has a powdery matte finish! if you want to check that one out and the COSRX aloe one is pretty good too! it doesnt have white casts so I usually give it to my guy friends a lot and they love it

Im so confused i think i have oily skin. The way you described it suits me alot but i always thought i had extremely dry skin because it flakes it really often if i dont moisturize it with extremely rich moisturizer every night. But after putting it on i get really oily in alot of places.

Hi, I hope you could help me with oily skin. Now that its summer here in the Phils. Every morning when I woke up Im super oily, I sweat a lot also. I'm breaking out on my chin area and forehead a lot. I'm using cosrx morning low ph,cosrx salicylic acid facial wash at night , the ordinary salicylic acid, some by mi galactomyces pure vitamin c serum, midnight blue cream. And still, I'm breaking out. I use the I'm From one bc it sits well under sunscreen and makeup but I'm hesitant about cream type ones. I think I'll also look into charcoal cleansers now, thanks for the info :)
