For STEM categories, some of the NOC codes do mention "PEng may be required to approve drawings,etc.." but is this a required skill or can I still claim this NOC code without the having a PEng? I work in this position but my employer doesn't require a PEng.

Hello Sir, We are in the proces of submitting our PR application and pooling all necessary documents. My current status is CWP. When I submitted my application for work permit back in 2021, I marked my older son's condition as mildly autistic. For this reason, his application was delayed by 8 months. Ofcourse, we later submitted documents supporting his health care expenses will not cross $20k. It was finally approved. I'm thinking of using the same medicals for our PR application as well. Do you suggest we go for a fresh medical screening or use the existing ones? FYI, his health condition has improved a lot. Thank you in advance.

When I submitted my EOI (in April 2023), I was during the probation period in my job. Now that I am a permanent employee, do I have to withdraw my current EOI and submit a new one? I am asking because one of the requirements of the job offer for OINP EOI is that the job offer should be permanent.

Yes, I received NOI within a month I came to canada under OINP but then my employer asked me to reject it 😢 It took me then another 2 years to receive my PR due to all those covid duration draw pauses ⏸️ But happy at least my employer helped me when I got ITA under EE CEC ita

I hold a graduate certificate in Business Analytics from Seneca College (Sep '21 - Apr '22, 8 months) and another in Project Management from Centennial College (May '22 - Dec '22, 8 months). Currently, I have 9 months of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, my employer is ready to support my ONIP application and ready to fill the employer form. Am I eligible for the ONIP international student stream? My CELPIP exam is scheduled for Feb 3rd; when is the ideal time to submit my Expression of Interest? I completed 10th Std and did 3 years of Diploma in India and in Canada i did 2 years of diploma again. In WES degree its shows "Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years)". If i do IQAS evaluation, will the degree evaluation be same or there are chances that it show as " Two or more certificates ,Diploma"

Hi, Sir. Just a Quick question. I work for a Quebec employer for almost 1.5 year now, as NOCB/Tier2 job in STEM category. However, I highly doubt to get ITA at CRS-450ish (I am trying to give IELTS but it won't get my score more than 470ish, still going 🤞) as per my understanding and asking few consultant. I don't think I qualify for OINP, EE draw is on sky-high while changing job or province and that too getting an IT job in this PANDEMIC of JOBS is doubtful! Any suggestions? As OINP did their due diligence and after which one receives OINP nomination does IRCC ease up on the verification or fast tracks the application process? trying to understand evaluation criteria of IRCC after receiving OINP nomination? I.E if my work experience which was assessed OINP, will IRCC again verify my work experience, or will the focus be more on the background check, POF and Medical?

no, there is no easing up because you have a nomination. IRCC follows their own protocol and verification process.

At the time of EAPR submission on Dec 24, I did not have any major credit card dues - after paying EAPR fees the dues have appeared which I am planning to clear by this month. Thus I did not mention my credit card numbers separately in LOE, I only stated that these funds were unencumbered and free from all liabilities. My POF is in a separate bank account, in which there are no dues, in addition to the bank letter, I have also given 6 months' bank statement which showed money being deposited to our bank accounts regularly - Will this entire scenario be an issue as I did not disclose the credit card accounts as there were no dues during the time of submission? If so, what should I do at the moment?

Hii Kubier, I have 1.3yrs of experience in IT , India. My employer was startup, now they have grown a little bit and have some market presence. However, they used to pay me in-cash(hard cash not even cheques) that is why I don’t have any pay-stub/payslips/bank statement/itr. I have offer letter and relieving letter. Also, employer agreed making letter of reference. Can I still show my experience because that will give me 50 point and make my crs 530 other than it would be 480(hard to get ITA). Hi sir hope you will assist me. My is PGWP and it will be expired on October 2026. Recently i got invitations to apply OINP under master’s program. My wife’s SOWP had been expired on 31 December 2023. I have applied her extension for SOWP on 8 nov 2023 but it was denied on 25 January 2024. The reason was I forgot to upload my employment letter and paystubs. But reapplied it with my paystubs and also applied her restoration status on 27 January 2024. My queries are as follows 1) should I accompany her along with my process for nominating with explanation letter. 2) can i show funds for both of us in only my accounts to support her as a spouse. 3) what documents should i upload from her side along with explanation letter. Being a real expert I think you gonna give me the best advice.
