Let me be honest Mr. Kamal. Many times it's just an inherent intolerance for smartness one can't disprove. In other words, you spilling the beans on what happens behind the curtains after ITAs (which is an uncommon topic as most immigrants today are fighting tooth & nail to even reach that stage) is not bearable by some. It's like you're uncovering a stage hitherto unseen by most. Some people may interpret it as a "know it all" attitude by you, which can manifest itself as a dislike! This may sound ludicrous, but believe me people are like that! Especially those from our very own country & city (fellow West Delhite here!) who consider PR as a birthright instead of a priviledge & IRCC their uncle's store in Karol Bagh. This may sound a personal rant, but it's a stark reality of their mindsets. I've seen it myself! These are the rotten apples bringing shame to the Indian diaspora here, especially Intl students. My personal opinion - You're doing a good & sincere job with such info-capsules. You're well spoken and projecting a new life in Canada in a positive, upbeat way. Same goes for your pal Sahil (another fellow West Delhite!) who I recently met, coz your fees is too high for me.. Else you were my first choice! THANK YOU :) Quick question (Pls Respond) - I couldn't finish my co-op during the usual 3rd sem of my 1st one-year prog due to a medical situation in family & not getting any co-op. I then started my 2nd one-year prog the next sem and since it was super-intensive, couldn't do my pending co-op until the sem after that (along with my 2nd prog). God, the chalta hai attitude of some PFL recipients is shocking. Before I submitted my application, I cross-examined myself from the perspective of the officer: where are the gaps...what could be held against me as a red flag? I even submitted a "one-and-the-same" certficate because my undergrad certificate had me as "S. Ajay" while my passport said "Ajay Sharma".

Why would we create fake documents for our video? The date should have been 24 January 2025, but as the year changes its not uncommon for people to still type the previous years in the date. Case on point is the recent post from Peirre Pollievre where he dated Jan 2024 when calling for elections this year. It happens! Dont't believe it? Skip it. 🤷🏻

I created an express entry profile. Added all the experiences. Except for 1 of the jobs, since the hours i worked were very inconsistent (sometimes as low as 3 hours in a month). I worked there more during my time of study. This video makes me realize i need to show all the experiences i have. I had an overseas work experience that I did not mention on a work permit extension back in 2022. I have since mentioned it in my PR application and bowp application with proof of this work from the date mentioned - letter, payslips, etc, and can even show messages and work done from the date. In the previous work permit extension form imm5710, I only included Canadian experience as I didn't know we had to include this overseas experience. How can I clarify this issue so as to not be faced with misrepresentation?

Hi sir I Would like to share some information, I got my non ee provincial certificate, and applied already, waiting for AOR. I claimed points for PNP only local Canadian experience and this one is perfect with all documents. PR application include all my real previous history. But when I reviewed some of mine previous application, for visa, i found out some mistakes with period of time of one job and forgot to mention one job, but it was mentioned like trip and description of trip( work and vacation). So It could cause some of PFLs? I should prepare documents as proof or better add an explanation via web form before AOR? I hope such minor mistakes previously wil not ruin my life here

I had 1.5 years of work experience in India before coming to Canada but that was contract based work and so i never showed it on my study permit or work permit applications. I had no intention of mis-representing I just thought there is no need since this was contract based work just to gain some experience in the field before I go. I have all the projects that i did and paystubs prove it. Will this cause any problem if I want to claim that experience now with my EE profile? Hey Kubeir, We received a PFL for our CEC EE application. I’m the primary applicant with an outland dependent. We were in a common-law relationship before I moved to Canada, but I listed myself as "single" on my study permit application from India, as I was unaware of the common-law concept. After arriving in Canada, I realized we met the criteria and have since corrected my status in all applications, including my PGWP, my partner’s SOWP, and with the CRA. The PFL questions why I didn’t declare our relationship earlier and doubts its genuineness. We’ve explained everything in our response, as there was never any intent to misrepresent. Do you think we have a chance?

I think the case you shared initially, IRCC is being fair because if an applicant is using a specific province to apply pnp and getting nominated out of it so he must stay and work there that’s why ircc is issuing pr but if the applicant is just abusing the system to get pr ircc has full right to expel such people

Now i know i have to add flag pole details! My immigration consultant for fees discrepancy!! Added application out side from canada and therefore IRCC took 11 months to approve my work application!! After approval z2 months when i couldn’t receive my work permit papers, i had to go to border, they told me the issue why i didn’t receive my work permit in Canada! I had to do flagpole and i got my work permit immediately!

Hi Kubeir, I initially created my IRCC profile with the option of my spouse as "Accompanying." Since my CRS score at that time was 500, I withdrew that profile and created a new one with my spouse as "Not Accompanying." I received my ITA on July 31st based on this profile. My lawyer advised me to proceed this way so that I could later sponsor my wife after obtaining my COPR. My wife is currently in Canada on a SOWP, which expired on January 25, 2025. I applied for a fake extension of her SOWP and also submitted my BOWP application with my AOR. I would like to know whether removing my spouse from my PR profile and planning to sponsor her later could have any impact on my PR application. Could this affect both my primary and secondary applications?

A friend of mine, got his pr card recently but when he was on a wp, he entered US mistakenly by road and informed the US officers at border regarding this (he didn't had a valid US visa at that time and was not carrying his passport as well). Should he inform IRCC regarding this now from his end? Or should he ignore it as he got his pr card? He just doesn't want to break any law.

Thank you for the comment. I am all for curbing fraud, but at the same time, the idea of the video is for genuine applicants to be aware of conditions that can impact them in a negative manner. So if my video protects a few genuine candidates even at the cost of some fraud, then so be it. Fraud detection is IRCC's job and they are getting pretty good at it and Kudos to them!

In my EE profile, I changed my NOC code twice-first from TEER 3 to TEER 2-and then left it as TEER 2. This is for my foreign work experience, and I plan to show all my responsibilities under TEER 2.
