Hi. I am currently an RECE working in Ontario as a supply since Oct and looking for full time perm job, I would like to know can I still do EOI now and then wait for it till I get NOI. Or should I wait till I complete 1560 hours to do EOI? When I get NOI , and submit docs should I have already completed 1560 hours? Kindly clarify on this.

Once I get a LMIA job offer from an employer , the validity of LMIA is now 6 months, however PR processing timeline is 1 year. So if someone is planning to get PR from India itself, do you think is it practically possible?? Keeping in mind the validity of LMIA

Hi Sahil, could you please confirm for non EE do we need to upload language test ILETS/CELPIP for teer category 1,2 and 3? Because as per mandatory documents checklist IMM5690E serial#12 there is no instructions to upload language test scores for teer category 1,2,3

Although its not mandatory, its recommended to upload if it was an important part of the eligibility stream

@@SahilSayal got it so language test report is recommended to upload while filing for federal non EE PR application, Although there is no specifc CLB level mentioned in instructions so can we assume minimum CLB 5 would be enough just to show the language test report. Because EE have specific CLB criteria and for non EE there's no instructions.

I will advise to add langauge score that will improve your overall score which will help you in cutoff. And when you move to PR application anyways then you will need to IELTS

I'm currently on a PGWP expiring on May 30th and planning to start a September intake course. Since study permit processing takes about 12 weeks, I expect to get it in July. Can I apply for a fake work permit extension to work under implied status after 30th May and work until a decision is made? Will this affect my study permit application? Also If i just file my study permit then i cannot work legally after 30th May untill my college starts in Sept. I would really appreciate if you can answer this question. Thank you.
