RE CHARGEABLE AA's are the best possible option for power! Just buy a simple charger & 4 batteries & life is good for years! DON'T OVERCOMPLICATE IT WITH STUPID GADJETS LIKE THAT!

totally disagree. having the convenience of being able to place your controllers on a docking station and have them top up everytime you put the controllers on the charging stand is totally worth it. Plus it looks much cleaner having them on a stand.
