Disgusting that LAPD were the real ones on trial for this horrific crime. I always go back to Sydney’s message to her mom from the police station begging her mommy to answer, OJ was evil incarnate 😒
@humanbeing5300Ай бұрын
The LAPD and their history of abuse and lies is why OJ got off. The Jury had no choice but to aquit OJ. It was their legal obligation because Mark Fuhrman lied on the witness stand, and was convicted of perjury and then took the 5th when directly asked if he had ever planted evidence. Because he didn’t affirm or deny whether he planted evidence this introduced a reasonable doubt and thus the jury was legally obligated to aquit. Mark Fuhrman is single handledly responsible for OJs aquittal.

The bald guy's obvious attempts to be uncooperative actually hurt the prosecution and helped garner sympathy for the defense. The truth speaks for itself. To say things like "to the best of my knowledge, I believe 2 +2 could be 4 but I cannot verify that it is" makes you look like you are afraid of facts and are all about spin.
@lynndragoman15732 жыл бұрын
If you watch the criminalists Fung and Mazzola testify they were even worse and while they thought they were being clever the jury saw straight through them and voted not guilty. The prosecution spent 6.5 million dollars and a year on television to show the public just how incompetent they are

Marsha Clark lost the case----she showed OJ could be violent with DV, but could not connect the evidence to OJ in terms of murder. Apparently she was advised not to use Fuhrman and disregarded that advice. Lange is just being careful here. Give Cochran credit, he was a good lawyer.

Some of these questions were asked and answered on his first cross examination of Detective Lange. Why in the hell is he asking them again. And again why is Ito even allowing this. Its to God damned time consuming

All of the attorneys were playing it up to the cameras for those big book and tv show deals. They were becoming celebrities and they were enjoying dragging this trial out unnecessarily. Ito was allowing it as he was partaking in the same media circus as they were, mutually beneficial to them all.

@Romulan24692 жыл бұрын
@@jasoncolegrove3788 Just because he is trained and experienced doesn't necessarily mean he always follows proper procedure. What about him instructing one of the officers to cover Nicole Brown Simpson's body with a blanket before all the evidence, and specifically the blood drops from her back were collected thereby contaminating the crime scene? What about them not bothering to wear coverings on their shoes before stepping in all that blood evidence and introducing new shoeprints to the scene? I'm not saying I'm better at investigating homicides as I'm not a homicide investigator, but this is elementary to me. The LAPD screwed up that crime scene period.

Chance, the reason you don't understand this case is because you didn't watch the whole trial. They found OJ's blood on Nicole's gate, 3 weeks after she was killed, and the blood was still fresh. This is impossible. This means the blood had EDTA IN IT, which is A preservative. THIS MEANS THE BLOOD WAS PLANTED BY THE POLICE. REMEMBER, OJ VOLUNTEERED TO GIVE THE POLICE HIS BLOOD. HE COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE SAID NO. HOW DID A GLOVE THAT DOES NOT FIT OJ's hand with a smudge of blood wind up on his property, found by the police? Why did they never talk about Ron Goldman's criminal record ? RON WAS ARRESTED TWICE. HE WAS A DRUG DEALER. LOOK IT UP.
