Seasoned officers/detectives are expert at the art of selective amnesia. Couple that with judges who allow such witnesses to answer questions, on defense direct, to their own satisfaction, is a very big part of the corrupt legal machine to not only remain running, but to grow ever larger.

37:05 what an objection. probably the most important 'sustained' that cost the prosecution the case. judge ito most likely looked back at that one and said "oh dear". either way, the ruling was correct. it was indeed a 'assuming facts that aren't in evidence' call. the detectives and the prosecution knew what type shoe left the print but failed to hunt them down at all cost or any other evidence that proves a connection between the suspect and the shoes.

they literally had a guy from bloomingdales testify that he was showing OJ the size 12 bruno magli shoes but unfortunatly back then they didnt have a computerized sales system to recall the receipt. it was only a year later that the civil trial found a photo of OJ wearing those shoes. how can they hunt down shoes when OJ dumped them along with the murder weapon and probably some clothes

If any tiny protocol wasn’t followed, the Defense would destroy you on the stand. This forces the prosecutors’ witnesses to lie about the little things that normally don’t matter (like putting the shoes in the trunk lie) tiny lies = scared detective. Black jury doesn’t like lying policemen.

nur nadia I can't believe you can be that dumb and cruel. Try having a loved one slaughtered by this man while he sits in court like a Cheshire cat with a black jury and his "dream team scum " lawyers after your loved one was slaughtered by him and lays cold and dead than come back and say you only care about OJ's money when you want justice done for your loved ones. The Goldmans only other option to punish OJ for what he did was to hit his wallet. You never said why don't OJ just pay the 3 million instead of hiding out in Florida after he killed their son and brother. Mr. Goldman already said if OJ went to prison he wouldn't want the money, he'd rather have OJ in prison

what? no. furhman had met nicole briefly in response to a 911 call after a furious o.j smashed her car's windshield with a baseball bat. she was sobering uncontrollably, furhman came unto the scene and got everybody to settle down then he asked her if she wanted to make a report and she said no.

Very suspicious that Detective Lang took the Reebok shoes home and the explanation of why he did it makes no logical sense
@TheMrbc74
@TheMrbc74 Ай бұрын
If there was something shady going on why would lang not just take those reeboks to bundy, dip them in blood leave some shoe prints and frame oj. Slam dunk case then right. The reeboks was a red herring by the defence, accuse police of handling evidence poorly then say well your honor all the evidence must be suspect. They knew the evidence was damming so they had to fool the jury into thinking it was all planted or where it wasn’t disputed say the evidence was tampered with, and this jury who didn’t understand what dna was fell for it
